Technology project management - LED Lamps
1. Should be a Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical engineer.
2, 3 - 5 years experience in component or product design. & Project management working with global teams and local suppliers.
3, Exp in sourcing components, LED (experience is preferable), design of fixtures, project management, supplier selection, working with global teams, understanding of quality, reliability concepts,
4. Good at both written and spoken English.
5. Excellent project management, supplier management skills.
6. Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
7. Responsible, energetic, good at learning.
8. Good negotiation and communication skill.
9. Ability to work under pressure and willing to travel.
Program Manager-Ballast
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead sourced CFL program execution from ballast side, work with cross-functional team and suppliers to keep program on track.
- Participate supplier business and technical survey and product specifications development
- Manage supplier design and sample builds, improve and qualify CFL ballasts following GE specification and qualification process
- Execute ballast related test validation, analyze test failures and validate corrective actions, conduct Fracas review.
- Closely work with quality team to improve manufacturability and yield, setup quality plan.
- Effectively communicate with local and global team and conduct technical reviews during program execution.
- Document design details into GE documentation system
Qualifications Required:
- - Good understanding on power electronics circuit
- Good verbal and written English.
- Frequent user of common electrical measurement equipments
- Able to prioritize complicated tasks to ensure program delivery
- Energetic team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner and keen problem solver.
Desired
- Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with 3 years plus experience
- Proficient in using Pspice/Mathcad to analyze power electronics circuit
- In-depth knowledge of product reliability and manufacturability
- Familiar with selection of electronics components based on design requirement and cost target.
Fixture Optical Design Engineer
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
In describing education & experience requirements, please indicate requirement criteria on a Preferred & Minimum basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working with program engineer/mechanical design engineer to build up Optical system for indoor and outdoor C&I fixture, including Roadway, flood light, Tunnel light, down light, LED Indoor fixture, Fluorescent Office light, Industry lighting, commercial lighting, park lighting base on SSL.
